Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q. What does fully returnable mean? A: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, with the exception of underwear or lingerie bottoms, you may return the item(s) within thirty days for a full refund of your purchase price. You will be credited in the same form of payment you made. If you paid by a credit card, your card will be credited back the purchase price. If you paid by electronic check, you will receive a check back or an electronic funds transfer back to your account.
Q: What does “as-received condition” mean? A: “As-received condition” means the same condition in which the garment(s) were sent to you. It means that you haven’t worn the garment(s), except to try it/them on for fit. The garment(s) will have not been used or washed and the tags will still be attached to it/them.
Q. Do I have to pay return shipping? A: Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax if I live in California? A: The State of California mandates that sales tax be charged on all taxable merchandise sold within the state. The rate for our area is 8.25%.
Q: What if you don’t have the size or color I want? A: Please contact us by one of the methods above (email, phone or fax) and we will do our best to get the desired size or color to you as quickly as humanly possible. We cannot however be responsible for matters beyond our control, such as the color or size being out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates? A: Yes, gift certificates are available in $20, $25, $50 and $100 denominations. They are good for one year. If you purchase a gift certificate and it expires, please contact us and we may be able to reissue it.
