BoudoirBrasPlus offers the following Returns Policy:  California law does not allow return of underwear or lingerie bottoms http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/refunds.pdf  but any other item is fully returnable within thirty days as along as it is in as-received condition. That is, the tags must still be attached, it must be unworn and unwashed. Sales tax will be charged on all items shipped to California, regardless of the biling address.
